My first visit to Phat Ash Bakes in Orlando’s Milk District was an amazing experience from start to finish. The location is perfect for the area, and the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted with a warm welcome that immediately made us feel comfortable. Since it was my first time visiting, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was blown away by the weekly cookie selection. There was a display showcasing every cookie available, complete with the ingredients listed for each one. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. The employee took the time to explain every cookie one by one and even shared his personal favorites, which made choosing a lot easier. We happened to visit during happy hour, which was an added bonus. I received a free small carton of milk to pair with my cookies, and honestly, there couldn’t have been a better combination. The cookies themselves were fantastic. They were soft, fresh, and packed with flavor. The cookies with fillings were perfectly gooey in the center, exactly what you want from an indulgent dessert cookie. Delicious cookies which they bake daily. Great with a cup of milk. It's located in The milk district and trust me if you don't have it on your GPS you're going to pass right by it, that's truly it's only downside, it doesn't have that much of a storefront presence. I'm sure as it grows this will change. We did find them on Tiktok. We met the owner who was working the register and she gave us a brief rundown on her delicious selection of cookies, her specialties, and overall she was a lovely person to talk to. We decided to get the flight which is a grouping of all the cookies, in smaller portions of course, but it gives you a nice taste of everything they have to offer. We also decided to get the brownie which was the item of the day. Everything was delicious, the cookies are a little bit on the expensive side but on par with a lot of custom mom-and-pop bake shops in the area. the Flight was far more affordable.

You need to try Phat Ash Bakes! Their cookies are absolute masterpieces. Massive, incredibly rich, and always hitting the right spot. Their rotating menu keeps me coming back, I feel like I'm there every week. But what makes this spot even better is the vibe. The staff is incredibly welcoming, and the owners are absolutely wonderful, genuine people who clearly pour their hearts into everything they do. Outstanding treats backed by amazing customer service. Make sure to visit and grab a flight.

We recently stopped by Phat Ash Bakes specifically to try their cookies, and it was 100% worth it. From the moment we walked in, everything smelled fresh. The selection of flavors was impressive, and every single one we tried was on point. The cookies were perfectly moist, soft in the center, and packed with flavor without being overly sweet. You can tell they use quality ingredients and take pride in what they’re making. The staff was friendly and patient while we decided, which made the experience even better. If you’re in the area and craving fresh, gourmet-style cookies, this is definitely the spot. We’ll be coming back to try even more flavors.
